Puppy Reservation Form
There is a $50.00 fee to reserve an unborn puppy. An additional $100.00 payment
will be required when you are notified by email that a puppy meeting your
requirements has been born.
To reserve a puppy, fill in the spaces below with the requested information, and
be sure to include your email address.
After you have filled out the form, press the Submit button at the bottom of the
page and your information will be immediately sent to us. After that you have 10
days to send payment. Your reservation is not secured until payment has been
received within the 10 day period.

You may also click here to pay for your puppy
with PayPal (using the email address jvjohnson @ frontiernet . net as the PayPal
recipient).
All deposits are applied toward the purchase price of the puppy. All deposits
are non-refundable. Puppies are shipped in the continental USA only. Please call
or email to see if the puppy can be shipped to your state. Shipping costs are in
addition to the cost of the puppy.
